Traffic light on pole 7

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4112503.

One of the two traffic lights on pole 7 (the bottom one) only has a working red light. The amber and green light does not work. This is causing confusing for cars at the front of the lights because the bottom one is the only easily visible one from the car.
