  • Hi, as a Volunteer Flood Warden who often hears about local roads that Flood (whether Impassable ⛔ & Closed 🚧 or Flooded ⚠️ but Passable with Caution ⚠️) I'm aware that the B676 Six Hills lane/Melton road under the A46 at Six Hills is Prone to Flooding. When it does Flood, the relevant Authority to contact is Leicestershire County Council, unless it's Flooding on the A46 as that particular road is managed by the National Highways (East Midlands are division).

If you think this road is bad for Flooding then try Slash lane which is a Road we manage carefully due to it's location being close to Sileby.

Hope the above helps with you Report of Flooding, Robert - One of 2 Sileby Volunteer Flood Wardens.
