Fallen tree on crash barrier A14 j52 off slip road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4109607.

Footpath blocked so have to climb over safety barrier onto main road to get past. Only footpath access for school kids to Claydon High walking/cycling to school. Have taken photo if you need it. Is on the west exit slip signposted Sproughton Claydon Bramford. Tried reporting the issue to Suffolk Highways but referred to yourselves to deal with.
