6 inch wide poor previous repair in outside lane, deep enough to trap motorcycle wheels

My motorcycle wheels became trapped in these on Wednesday 4th Jan 2023 causing an accident and injuries. The previous repair/surface damage is in the outside lane approaching J29 M25 and changes to a circa 20 degree angle towards the centre reservation.
