Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4107769.

The drains are blocked thus there is flooding along the carriage in fast lane This causes a wave to come over central reservation This is an accident waiting to happen either in someone aqua planning or someone panicking on opposite side when wave hits

National Highways are only responsible for the drains from junction 10. The local council is responsible for the drains from junction 10 to 13.Cleaning will be arranged as needed.
