Roadworks before Jct 11. Cones on road.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4105116.

A lane is closed. Cones lead extreme left side traffic to merge into second from left lane if heading from Reading towards Theale. It’s dangerous. I have witnessed two serious accidents here.
