Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4096446.

Absolute disgrace of a motorway section!!! Litter, tyres, gas cannisters, abandoned traffic cones and signage. You name it, you can find it across both sections of the motorway. Hard shoulder and central reservation affected.
