Major area of middle lane in westbound carriageway is broken up

Wortham Hill, Westbound Carriageway, generally middle lane. Large area of road surface has broken up. Unable to see in the dark until too late to avoid. Has been like this for weeks now. Was repaired a few years ago, obviously not very well ! Now travel in the inside lane as my car was hit but debris thrown up by a lorry who pulled out onto this damaged section in front of me at 60 mph, causing numerous small chips to windscreen and chip to paintwork on bonnet, plus no doubt others I haven't found yet.
