Overgrown/fallen branch over cyclepath

Plant has moved/fallen causing a branch to be at eye/head level for cyclists. at night this is invisable. i personaly have caught head on it.

As a second the whole cyclepath is becoming overgrown/encroached by grass shrub making it narrow in places.
