M4 junction 15 west bound, no motorway markings

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4090894.

When entering the motorway there are no motorway markings on the carriageway between 1st and 2nd lane. so when dark I am unsure which lane I am moving into. the cats eyes are also not working.
