M62 J9 East Drain blocked at top of entry slip.

The drain at the start of the entry slip at M62 J9 East is still blocked & has been for many months, it continuously pours water down the slip road, potentially causing an ice issue on the sloped slip road at this time of year. It was last reported in August, but has never been fixed.
