Road markings too faded
Reported via desktop in the Road markings (NH) category anonymously at 11:01, Thu 5 January 2023
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4089678.
Driving before first light regularly I note that the road markings (arrow particularly) pointing you toward the exit lane as you travel onto the bridge over the A38 towards Newton Abbot are very worn and don't show up well under normal headlights. Lane markings are not very clear either. The arrow in particular appears to have degraded as I always use that. Visibility was not great this morning and I could hardly see the arrow.

Thank you for contacting National Highways concerning road markings.
Our Inspection team have been to site and advise our lines and arrows are visible although slightly worn. All the other markings on the overbridge and after are the local authorities responsibility. You would need to bring your concerns to Devon County Councils attention.
If you require any other information please contact our Customer Contact Centre on 0300 123 5000 or info@nationalhighways.co.uk.
