Poor road surface in left hand lane just after traffic lights

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4079739.

The road surface in the left hand lane just after the traffic lights, going to towards Nottingham, is awful and it has been this way for many months. I drive this way daily and have noticed it getting worse and worse over the last few months. I now switch over to the right hand lane just to avoid it.

That part of the road seems to be full of potholes, is not flat and the bump you feel when going over it is getting harder and harder.
