Litter

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4073673.

The m53 from junction 5 to junction 1 needs cleaning. A lot of debris is blown from the tip at junction 4 onto the motorway. This includes large sheets of plastic which could easily blow onto rhe carriageway into the path of vehicles. Also the verges on all of the sliproads leading off the motorway are covered with litter. Please can you have this cleaned up
