Severe damage to road suface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4067296.

Road surface has broken up on in both lanes of west bound carriageway heading towards Clifton from Clifton bridge, I lost control of my motorcycle & nearly ended up in the barrier.
