Traffic Light timing issue

• Traffic lights 10 & 11 on this roundabout - remain on red for over 3 minutes with no traffic from the left. All other traffic lights seem to change repeatedly whilst you're sat on red, on the roundabout waiting to go southbound onto the A19. This occurs whenever I use this road in the morning around 05:45 on my way to work. I've seen a number of drivers become frustrated and go through the red light as it takes so long to change and only yesterday they were caught by the Police. Safety Issue.

• Same as previous comments, traffic lights on the roundabout before the A19(S) turnoff remain red for an excessively long time while no traffic is approaching from the left. I have tried using both A19(S) lanes to test whether one sensor was faulty, however, both lanes result in the same long wait. In the previous two days I have timed wait times as 4 minutes and greater than 5 minutes, during this longest wait no car approached from the left throughout. This problem has been experienced when using the roundabout throughout the night, between the hours of roughly midnight and 0500.

  This is creating a safety issue as I have seen drivers lose patience and proceed through the red lights on numerous occasions, as the lights remain red for no apparent reason.
