VMS not fully working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4063903.

The Variable Message Sign here has been saying 10 minute delay at Chichester the past few times I've gone past. I'm not sure if it is stuck on that message or if it just so happened to read the same message the times I've gone past.

Anyway the centre part of the display is unlit, so the screen is showing "10mi elay" next line "chi ster"

Its been like this over a week now.
