Deep water Junction 20 M62 westbound

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4060982.

The water on the slip road/exit of the M62 at junction 20 westbound is very deep, cars are slowing from 50mph approx to 10mph crawling through- some without warning/hazards on to make other drivers behind aware of the danger!
