Very bad road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4060664.

This part of the road surface has been in its current situation for many months if not longer. I begins after the MacDonalds/Garage and continues on both sides of the carriageway until the Sporle turnoff and just before the dual carriageway. Most of the potholes are unavoidable this is not fair to motorists, there are so many heavy lorries that use this road. I would just like to know if there are any plans to deal with this in the near future. I have taken to using the lower road because of the damage it may do to my car.

  • Just before this junction there is a big pothole in the left hand lane that was invisible in the dark and therefore unavoidable. We had to pull over to check the car, we were lucky but a BMW behind us got a flat tyre
