0440 matrix signs on no reason,nearly a multiple pile up due to lanes shut,speed restriction and everyone slamming on,please turn them off when whatever the reason there was has gone,I can’t believe nobody sees the problem your causing in your control room. It seems to be a regular occurrence throughout the country but as usual nobody’s accountable.The system doesn’t work and it’s dangerous but nobody listens.
