Pedestrian crossing not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4049455.

Pressing the button to stop traffic on North side of lights ( front of 25 Watling Street) and nothing happens. Button on South Side of lights seems to work. Pedestrians and cyclists having to run across when cars turning left.
