Large Pot Holes on Lane markings - just as you enter M69 from M1 roundabout

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4049362.

Multiple large pot hole on Lane 2/3 separation markings. I drove a couple in quick succession causing me to swerve substantially from lane 2 to lane 1 - narrowly missing lorry in lane 1
