Red lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4048104.

Several of the red lights on the RHS at this controlled junction are not working, especially dangerous as the lights on the LHS do not come into view until one is almost on the junction. These lights have been u/s for several months!
