Dotted road lines are incorrect on the whiteley side

Reported via mobile in the Road markings (NH) category anonymously at 11:41, Thu 15 December 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4036603.

The road markings are incorrect As you come from the a27 to join the east bound M27. There are three lanes over the motorway. Left hand lane states Whiteley, middle states M27 and whiteley and right states M27 and back to Fareham. However once you go through the lights the dotted lines do not aline. Left lane Whiteley,, middle lane Whiteley and both M27 lanes, right hand lane back to Fareham a27 only. Layout should be as stated at the traffic lights

We don't look after the Roundabout, we only look after the slip roads leading to and from the M27. National Highways manage motorways and certain ‘A’ road trunks roads in England, all other roads are the responsibility local authorities. Contact details for local authorities can be found by using the search facility at: www.gov.uk/find-your-local-council.
