Traffic lights seem faulty

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4030291.

The traffic lights are constantly turning red despite no lorries waiting to leave the inland border force site. Often the lights are green until a lorry arrives at the exit to then turn red.
