Traffic Light Phasing issues JCT 11 M27

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4017543.

Reference your Posted comment on the 28th November confirming there is a fault with the Phasing and you have raised the issue with BT for repair, please can you advise when the fault will be rectified as the issue is still ongoing causing long queues back now the A27 and onto the A32 Gosport Road and Newgate lane.

    We visited the site to assess for material damage and can confirm that the traffic lights are working as normal, however the communications fault will mean they aren't running the best timings for peak periods. Please refer to BT for further information on this fault.
