Several deep potholes on the westbound carriageway.

Reported via desktop in the Pothole (NH) category anonymously at 05:07, Tue 6 December 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4017344.

Several deep potholes have appeared on the westbound carriageway. These are large enough to knock a motorcycle over or damage vehicles. Location of them across both lanes on the bend of the road made for little opportunity to avoid, especially during heavy traffic flow.

Updates

  • Hello - I too would like to report the pot holes on the west bound carriageway of the A63 on the bend around the Humber Bridge and on the stretch to the A15 turning. It is now nearly impossible to avoid these pot holes without colliding with other road users

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 11:25, Wed 4 January 2023

  • Following my journey home on 5th January 2023: There are a number of large deep pot holes in the wheel tracks of lane 2 west bound, close to where the Humber bridge crosses. Vehicles are swerving to avoid them, there is a risk that a an accident or damage could occur. This needs urgent attention.

  • These potholes are getting larger and therefore more dangerous, especially as they are on the right hand bend of the A63 road. Can someone PLEASE do something about them.
