Reported to Bolton Council by GMP: GRAFFITTI I was travelling M61 from the direction of MANCHESTER onto the SLIP ROAD onto KEARSLEY ISLAND yesterday 24/11/2022 at 1900 On that slip road there was a M61 4.0/1 painting on the left wall Next to it was GRAFFITTI as GENOCIDE and a picture of a needle with NHS in it. Is it something our highways would remove or another agency?
