Failed streetlights along M60 J5 a/c on slip

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4004963.

Many lights have failed, including those numbered 3AT5, 3AT6, 3AT7, 3AT8. This affects the adjacent foot and cycleways too in an area with no other crossings of the M60 and River Mersey.
