Excessive Traffic - Lights out of sync

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4001879.

The traffic lights are out of sync at the eastbound off slip of M27 Jct 9 Whiteley. The roundabout is congested at red lights waiting for the lights to change when the green signal is on for the off slip. Max 3 cars able to get through. Queues in excess of a mile long on the motorway and double journey times. This is the second week - should have been picked up and sorted by now.

    Currently, this roundabout is undergoing works by Hampshire County Council, who will be responsible for the traffic lights in this area.
