Speed limit of 30MPH on the stretch of M27 MOTORWAY between JCT5 and JCT 4

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4000582.

On the 19th November allegedly exceeded speed limit of 30MPH while travelling on motorway M27 westbound after JCT5 towards motorway M3. National speed limit of 70MPH on the motorway is reduced to 50MPH before starting of road works on M3. No other speed limit was posted
