M62 west bound temp 50limit

I applaud the traffic calming measure. OMG we waited so long. Thanks, thank, thanks, now that people have have got used to speed cameras life is much safer however,.. no speed camera at the first reduction to 50mph is an oversight. Yesterday I was nearly taken off the road by an East Yorkshire double trailer pig wagon. The driver ignored the 50mph and came speeding towards me at the reduction to 30mph. I SLOWED to 30 under engine braking, the drive misjudged and at the last second pulled out. Had I not swerved into the hard shoulder my car would have been hit. Then the lorry driver noticed the speed camera a breaked whist turning back infront of me for a second try. West bound has a camera at each of the speed limit changes why not East bound its crazy, especially as there is a gantry which a camera could be easily fitted to catch those who speed through the 50mph sign.
