Seriously worn out road markings

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3989877.

The road markings including the chevrons along almost the entire length of Rykneld Street and Burton are virtually non-existent with a lot of users being apparently unaware that the side adjacent to the footpath is not for traffic use. There have been numerous occasions where motorists are being intimidated by others who don't seem to be aware of the road layout

This situation seems to be a lot worse during the early mornings and evenings when there is not full light and is exacerbated when the weather is wet.
