  • This pothole was still there at 21:00 on 24/11/22 and destroyed my tyre causing a high speed blowout. It is very dangerous and needs addressing as a matter of urgency.

  • I also had a blowout and damaged allow from this pothole. On saturday 26th November. Around 9pm. I had to call emergency tire repair. Its incredibly dangerous and someone will get hurt from this.

  • Large pothole remains on passenger side of fast lane on the straight before the bridge on the approach to j7 (01/12/22). Extremely dangerous - I was lucky but nearly threw my car off course. Has damaged my wife's car and by the sounds of it, other's too. Needs repair urgently before causing a serious accident.

  • This pothole causes my car to be thrown off course and needs immediate attention for the reasons given above. ive been lucky so far as i have meaty tyres so no damage but am worried i may be thrown towards another vehicle

  • Thank you for your report concerning potholes on the A1M between Welwyn Garden City and Stevenage.

    We’re aware of the issue. A repair is planned; however we cannot provide a date of this currently.

    We will monitor the pothole once this is done and repair again if this deteriorates.
