Very large pothole Esher Common s/b on-slip

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3988010.

Very large pothole, invisible in dark, in middle of roadway, where slip-road meets LH lane of southbound A3 at Esher Common on-slip. Huge bangs and shudders, major distraction as traffic merging and likelihood of vehicle damage/subsequent breakdown - urgent remediation needed.
