Lights switching too quickly

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 13:22, Wed 23 November 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3987070.

The lights at Queen St. and Market Place on the A63 are switching too quickly. I counted less than 90 seconds. This is causing massive tailbacks all the way back to Hedon and back to Hessle to the west. It is clearly these lights that are causing the problem as traffic was flowing well after these light in both directions. I appreciate pedestrians need to cross but please allow more time for traffic to pass especially at rush hour.
