Southbound carriageway standing water

Southbound as you pass the Mercedes garage litter blocks the drains in the central reservation. Whenever there is heavy/prolonged rain standing water spreads into the overtaking lane. In the dark many drivers don’t see the water. And northbound when south bound vehicles pass through the water it splash onto vehicles travelling north. This is highly hazardous.
The gutters and drainage requires clearing of debris.
