Enormous deep pothole in outside "fast lane" at 3 into 2 section

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3982586.

Very dangerous for motor cyclists and damaging to cars, deep hole in outside lane. Note there is also 1 reported in inside lane.

    We are very sorry to hear that this has caused damage to your tyre. I’ve passed your observations to our maintenance team for further investigation.

    Potholes can be hazardous and we have processes in place to ensure they are made safe quickly. We also carry out frequent safety inspections where potholes and other defects are recorded. We then carry out repairs prioritising the most serious.

    The route inspector has confirmed that repairs have now been completed at this location.
