The pedestrian crossing lights are turning red every 30 seconds or less causing congestion!

  • A628 Woodhead Road Tintwistle Pedestrian crossing lights reverting to red every 20 seconds Fault known as 'Permanent demand to pedestrians ' Causing very long tailbacks.... Can at least someone go out and cover them up as defective...?
