Signs continually misleading

Reported via mobile in the Sign issue (NH) category anonymously at 13:13, Sun 20 November 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3978360.

The matrix signs from junction 15 heading south on the m6 are continually misleading! Showing 60 when you approach the slip road when you get on the motorway the next sign is not illuminated so drivers are unaware of what speed they should be going! Next sign says 60, then the gantries say 60 then back to national speed limit then at Stafford services the sign says 60 but not in its usual format! At no point was there heavy traffic or issues apart from the ones being caused by the signs as drivers were clearly unaware of what speed they were supposed to be doing and this is happening on a daily/ nightly basis as my partner had the same issues when she came home at 2 am this morning as I had a 18.00 hours Saturday evening! Please can you get these issues sorted it's dangerous and has been going on since the introduction of the 4 lane motorway between 13 and 15 both North and southbound and people will end up having tickets due to what is clearly a fault in the system or the people that are operating it!
