Lack of maintenance

Get someone to drive along the M3 from junction 11 head South, on slow lane, major road surface defects affecting safety of road users on primary route.

Pot holes/degraded tarmac on a motorway, a disgrace!

  • Thank you for your report concerning M3 around J11. Our inspector has recently seen this, and a repair is planned. We have a junction 11 to 12 overnight closure on 2 December to carryout repairs for the potholes Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to road users by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our teams Kind regards National Highways
