Puddles in carriageway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3965712.

Between junction 7&6 on the M62 West Bound. In lane 3 there was a large amount of standing water near to the central reservation. This is not helped by the weeds in the centre of the central reservation. Grids may need to be unblocked and weeds need to be taken out to prevent collisions. I was travelling earlier Eastbound and a large amount of water sprayed over the central reservation from the W/B to the E/B carriageway completely covering my car. Nearly caused a collision.
