Overhead gantry 3 out of 4 not working right hand one circle of lights no speed … Next set said 50mph average

  • Outside lane road closure (cross) is not working on one of the gantries near junction 27 Eastbound carriage. This is in the middle of a 3-4 mile section of outside land closure due to incident. Due to screen being blank people are assuming the closure has ended and are reusing the outside lane.
