The sign that directs people to lancing business park etc

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3963210.

The original sign blew down in a storm and I have previously reported this as people are getting confused as where to go and they are turning into our small close and having to turn around again

I was told it would be replaced but all that has happened is that a yellow temporary sign on legs was put up and that has blown over as well!

Can someone please just come and replace the damaged sign as per my original request

  • Directly outside my house on the upper Brighton road there is a dangerous drain that has sunk in the road. Every car that goes along the main road it makes a horrendous big clunking sound and it is soon going to cause a serious accident along with it being very very noisy all through the day and night.

  • Thank you for your report concerning the damaged sign at the junction with your road and the A27.

    We’re aware of the condition of the sign and replacement will be included in our signage replacement scheme which is being designed in the next financial year 2023/24.

    In the meantime a temporary sign is in place and we will monitor to ensure that it's visible.
