A38/DE55 7PB Issue that looks to be signed off but is not resolved. REDONE AS UPDATES DO NOTHING.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3958220.

Same problem 2/3 years ago which was sorted but unfortunately it's the same again. Very loud clattering noise every time traffic goes over it. Sound like something metal which is loose. I live nearby and during the night it is very, very loud.

UPDATES Thank you for your report concerning manhole cover. Inspector is in the area tomorrow 06/10 and will attend to this for you.

Hi, It's now five weeks later and the problem persists. It is now really bad, twice as Loud as before. The noise every time a vehicle goes over it, is immense. I wouldn't be surprised also now that it could possible cause a serious accident

  • The problem was fixed last November but over the past few weeks the exact same problem has restarted. Very loud clattering noise every time a vehicle goes over it.
