Road surface is uneven

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3950678.

This whole section in all 3 lanes from Jct 11 to 10 on the M62 westbound is almost undrivable. Its like driving over sleeping police men at 70 mph. Has this not been reported before and if so is there a plan to rectify the surface?
