Huge streetlighting outage, M25.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3943417.

The vast majority (over 95%) of the street light columns and sign lighting from J21a of the M25 to the J24 are not working. This is a huge outing for many miles on some of England's buisest motorway. Apart from being dangerous, this issue has persisted for months, if not years. When will this issue effecting thousands of National Highways assets be corrected?
