M60 J3 slip road clockwise exiting onto Kingsway (A34)

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3937240.

Most lights are on permanently, and x3 light at the end of the junction as the slip road joins Kingsway (A34) haven't works for years. Been reported in the past on many occasions.
