VMS at this location, (sign 4630A), showing solid yellow blocks at full brightness along bottom row. Any information displayed on the bottom row is therefore obscured

Still not fixed

Still not working - bottom line fully lit so illegible. Useful as often indicates time to A1 junction so can decide to use A46 or go through Newark to get home.

Please fix this!

As 01 Mar VMS has solid line of lit pixels along the bottom row obscuring information displayed
