Roadworks - narrow lane - multiple potholes

Tyre damage. Large potholes in narrow lanes in roadworks , 50mph speed limit , blown tyre . Nearly accident , dangerous !!

    Please advise who is responsible for cleaning the side of the road on the A12 by pass all the way through from start and end of Colchester.

    This is the most disgusting lack of service by whom ever is responsible. It's filthy and on the verge of being dangerously over loaded with rubbish strewn on both side of the soft shoulder .

    Is THERE NO PRIDE IN THE PRESENTATION AND CARE OF THIS ROAD?
